We use your information to provide the care you ask for, to meet our legal duties as a healthcare provider, and where we have a legitimate interest in running the clinic safely. Where the law requires your consent, we ask for it first, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Only with people who need it to look after you or run the clinic: the clinicians involved in your care, laboratories and imaging partners, your insurer (to confirm cover and claim payment), and service providers such as our booking and IT systems, under contracts that require them to protect it. We share information with authorities only when the law requires us to.
Medical records are kept for the period required by healthcare record-keeping law. Enquiries that don’t lead to a visit are deleted after [12 months]. Website data is kept for no longer than [26 months].

If a patient is under 16, a parent or legal guardian makes the booking and acts on their behalf for privacy requests.
